Are the 16GB RAM soldered, or expandable, and to which MAX?
Buying a new PC in 2022 is IMO attractive only if it is delivered with, or expandable to, at least 32GB. For instance you have good PCs, for about $1000 and 2kg, with RTX 3060, up to date powerful versatile specs, including 2 standard SODIMM slots, expandable to 64GB.
My 1st personally bought notebook, in 1999, had the then-standard 16MB RAM, but to install Office Pro and Visual Studio 6, Microsoft recommended me 192MB, so I upgraded it to its MAX, 256MB. I did the same with all my various laptops, until my current PC, a Dell Latitude e6440 of 2013 bought used in 2017, upgraded to its MAX RAM of 16GB. That old PC entirely satisfies me EXCEPT THE 16GB RAM (I use to keep a lot of apps, browser windows and tabs, open). I am NOT READY to buy in 2022 a PC BLOCKED TO... my old 16GB!
