I wouldn't be terribly surprised if this turns out to be accurate. Based on what we know of the changes so far, I'd only expect to see any significant differences between Alder and Raptor lake in the free-for-all HX series with what are effectively desktop chips and TDPs, and even then only in designs with substantial cooling systems.

Intel trickery isn't going to work under laptop thermal constraints. When Dragon Range lands, Raptor Lake is crushed.

Intel's upcoming Raptor Lake-H mobile parts have made their first appearance on Geekbench. The Core i7-13700H and the Core i9-13900HK were spotted running on a pre-production Samsung laptop. The cache specifications seem to suggest a similar configuration to that of Alder Lake-H. Accordingly, we see only minor single-core gains and similar multi-core figures with Raptor Lake-H parts when compared to their Alder Lake-H predecessors.
