It was confirmed to be a skin by Logitech.

Per David Perez, the head of communications for gaming at Logitech, the simplest answer is the correct one — he says they simply wrapped that Xbox Series X.

A TV advert for a new Logitech gaming headset appears to show a previously unavailable version of the Xbox Series X. Unacknowledged by the company, the unreleased model may have been received as part of Logitech's close collaboration with Microsoft. It remains to be seen whether Microsoft plans to release the Xbox Series X model shown, though.
