Elon Musk announced plans to 'increase connectivity' together with America's best 5G network carrier, T-Mobile, and will be hosting a joint event with T-Mobile's CEO Mike Sievert later on Thursday. The speculation is that Starlink's satellite Internet may be used as a 5G backhaul in rural areas.
