It has been claimed that Apple's rumored A17 Bionic processor will only be made available for the iPhone 15 Pro models. It is widely believed that the iPhone 14 series will utilize two different processors, which was supposedly indicated by this same source in 2021. The A17 Bionic chip is expected to be manufactured on a 3-nm process.
