Ummm...this article is very misleading. "Settings can be adjusted, buttons can be assigned and macros can be created via the Razer Controller App for Xbox." This statement is just plain wrong. There is no way to "create macros" from within the Razer Controller app. The buttons can only be remapped to the "19 available functions", none of which are actually configurable. This makes the additional buttons absolutely useless. And your article not only inaccurate, but absolutely misleading to any reader wanting to know if this functionality exists (like me, who drove an hour to buy this based on this review only to find out you were wrong and that it doesn't have the basic functions I want in a controller, especially one for $140). Thanks so much.

It's a wonder why Razer decided to make a 160 controller that is 1 not wireless and 2 incompatible with synapse/chroma studio.

It's over priced for what it is and I was seriously disappointed with the 2 points above. I'll probably keep it but will be getting a wireless xbox controller. Razer should learn from this for the next controller they make.

It's beautifully built like most Razer hardware is but these 2 issues combined with the hefty price tag means its unrecommendable unless you are like me and had to have the RGB to match the rest of my setup.

I think the label under the photo of the 4 controllers is incorrect. "Clockwise from top left" means: top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left.  But you've got the Xbox 360 controller label in the last slot, when it's definitely in the bottom right.

Xbox controllers and their replicas from third-party manufacturers have established themselves as one of the best gamepad solutions for the PC. The Razer Wolverine V2 gives the gamepad a professional touch with no less than 6 additional buttons and changeable stickpads. But are the basics convincing enough? Is this fully loaded, 160 Euro gaming device still as good as the original?
