It's funny how they always market these phones with the performance and speed, but even my current OnePlus 7T Pro has more than enough processing power.
In the end, it not about performance, but more about usability, like:
- the smoothness and features of the operating system (OxygenOS 13 needs to take a few steps away from ColorOS to keep the customers happy)
- the camera system (give us three useful sensors, instead of one super and two mediocre ones)
- other features, like the rumored to be missing alert switch, charge speed, wireless charging and IP level
OnePlus has yet to launch its new, Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1-powered Android smartphone, the 10T. However, the brand has already announced that the device will be the first from its line with 16GB of RAM. It is also touted as an entertainment powerhouse thanks to its "silky-smooth" 120Hz display.
