Russland wird durch neue Sanktionen aus Taiwan von der weltgrößten Chipschmiede abgeschnitten, zumindest größtenteils – Taiwan erlaubt lediglich den Export von Chips mit Taktfrequenzen bis 25 MHz und einer Leistung von 5 GFLOPs nach Russland. Die Sanktionen betreffen auch andere High-Tech-Produkte.
