Of course Nvidia is promoting their bread and butter products. Have you seen their stocks take a plunge off a cliff lately??

NVIDIA has heralded that its RTX 30 series graphics cards are finally available, some 18 months after early models debuted. The campaign points towards the end of NVIDIA's graphics card shortage, although many SKUs remain wildly above MSRP.
