Reportedly, Apple has settled on another uninspired refresh of its entry-level iPad. With no design refresh for another year, Apple is expected to turn to a chipset upgrade, which will introduce a few other upgrades. The next cheap iPad could still find itself with a two-year-old SoC when it launches, though.
