Um der Chip-Knappheit zu trotzen soll Apple gleich 100 Millionen A15 Bionic bestellt haben, die für die iPhone 13-Serie bestimmt sind. Diese sollen in TSMCs fortschrittlichem N5P-Verfahren gefertigt werden, die Spezifikationen ähneln dem A14 Bionic aber stark.
