Seems like you have Dell S2721DS and not Dell S2721D. The only difference between those 2 monitors is stand.

I own this monitor but the one I got has the full VESA stand instead. It's worth its money. The best part is that it's flicker free, meaning, no PWM is used for it. Speakers are so-so, but they are useful if you connect a gaming console or something to it.

So far, no complains.

It may not be an UltraSharp, but we're not complaining for $199. This is a deal worth considering as the monitor checks off a lot features not found on most other displays in this price range.
