To all those sho say that want to devide what they do with their gpus - by all means please mine with it to your heart's content but let pure gamers get new hardware and leave the stock for this one to us while you try to compete with mining farms..

The 1080 Ti rumor was proven to be false. They aren't re-releasing that old card. Why would they? It's too good of a value.

No thanks Nvidia. If I pay for my GPU, I want to decide what to do with it. Just the same as if I pay for a car, I get the rights to repair it.

Nvidia is reportedly working on a new GeForce RTX 3060 variant with enhanced anti-crypto protections. It will use a new GA106-302 GPU which will require completely new drivers. The new RTX 3060 variant is expected to hit shelves in May 2021.
