Yea, this article is wrong, and I'm certain that the publisher can see the comments but is refusing to acknowledge the issue. Take accountability for your stuff, you've got people circling around unnecessarily trying to get confirmation of that monitor being overclockable to 360hz when it is not possible. Heck, there may have been people who purchased the monitor thinking that's the case.

This article brings confusion. AW2521HF is a 240Hz IPS monitor already launched. 360Hz must be with a different model name.

No you're correct. I have the AW2521HF and it cannot be overclocked.

I believe the monitor you are talking about is the aw2521h and not the aw2521hf. The hf has already been released and is a 240hz monitor. I may be wrong I'd so please correct me

Dell Alienware recently announced the AW2521HF, a high refresh rate 360 Hz IPS monitor targeting eSports audiences. The AW2521HF will compete with ASUS' ROG SWIFT 360 for gamers who want an ultra-high frequency 1080p experience on the likes of the NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti.
