Well, it seems like they'll launch with Comet and drop-in Intel's Tiger Lake-H when it comes out that was just announced, which should have gaming performance + real-world application performance lead @ around comparable power over Ryzen 5000 mobile, which AMD had a lot of supply issues last year. Makes sense to me

Seeing this kind of crap really tells me that OEMs are in bed with Intel. You can't simply choose hotter, slower and more expensive CPU just for sake of it. This laptop with 6core r5 5600 would have been hundreds dollars cheaper, running much longer, quieter and cooler with higher frames too.

Comet Lake instead of 7nm Ryzen 5000?? This is incredibly disappointing, an instant pass over and huge drop of the ball from Alienware :(

Dell has refreshed the Alienware m15 to feature Intel Comet Lake-H and NVIDIA Ampere mobile offerings. The Alienware m15 R4 continues to offer vapor chamber cooling, up to 4 TB of PCIe storage, and also comes with an OLED panel that is HDR500 compliant.
