First few sentences it says 48GB then down a lil further says 46GB guessing it's the first one as 46GB seems odd for the Quadroe.

NVIDIA's new range of RTX Quadro cards is almost here, and the RTX (A)6000 may well be at the top of the pack. The 300 W card is expected to launch on October 5 with a GA102 GPU, 48 GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a new 8-pin power connector.
