Microsoft and Qualcomm have partnered to expand the App Assure Program to Windows 10 PCs powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx SoCs. The aim of the program is to encourage developers to make their apps compatible with Windows 10 on ARM with a view to encouraging customers to get on the platform.
