The impending arrival of the Redmi Note 9 in India has been teased by Xiaomi India's managing director. Some may decry the appearance of another smartphone from the Chinese OEM on the Indian market, but Xiaomi has reported that almost 99% of its smartphones and 85% of its Mi TVs are actually made locally.
