More and more Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 owners have been reporting cracks appearing on the screens of their devices. It appears the issue is affecting mostly the non-alcantara models, with some users putting the problem down to a possible design flaw. Microsoft is currently "evaluating the situation" of what could be causing the cracks in the latest Surface Laptop.
