Honor 8X gets it but not Huaewi Enjoy 9 Plus/Huawei Y9 (2019)? The two have practically the same hardware and Honor 8X launched before Huawei Y9.

Huawei is bringing Android 10 to a multitude of new devices in the latest phase of its EMUI 10 roll out. The list of eligible devices extends beyond recent flagships too.
