Warentest berichtet, dass bei rund 41.000 Kunden der Mobilfunkanbieter Mobilcom-Debitel, Vodafone und Klarmobil per Handyrechnung einfach Geld abgebucht wurde, obwohl sie weder etwas gekauft noch ein Abo abgeschlossen hatten.
