Noctua makes some well-known CPU coolers and fans. It has also recently released its new series of inserts and alternate parts, which can change a PC's look without needing to resort to RGB. They include the new NA-HC5 chromax cooler covers and NA-SAVP1 chromax grey anti-vibration pads for fans.
