Do think you will be able to install a 4G modem in the spare m.2 slot, then when windows recognize de modem it should give you the option to download an e-sim profile to connect to local providers (the ones that support e-sim), that will leave us with the antena issue for better reception

A new online listing has revealed that One-Netbook is bringing a third version of the One Mix 3 to market this summer. The pricier model will feature a more powerful processor and a higher clocked GPU. It appears that the One Mix 3s will not come with the CPU that we previously thought it would though.
