Mit dem Snapdragon X55 hat Qualcomm ein neues Modem veröffentlicht, das von 5G bis 2G alles unterstützt und im 5G-Netz bis zu 7 GBit/s im Downstream erreichen soll. Es dürfte allerdings noch einige Monate dauern, bis wir die ersten Smartphones mit diesem Modem sehen werden.
