Die vorläufigen IDC-Ergebnisse für das vierte Quartal 2018 (Q4/18) weisen ein Gesamtvolumen von 68,1 Millionen Einheiten bei den konventionellen PCs (Desktop, Notebook und Workstation) aus. Das entspricht zwar einem Rückgang von 3,7 % im Quartalsvergleich zu 2017, übertrifft aber leicht die Prognosen.
