Probably won't, due to distribution costs, and honestly people for a taste for that won't be buying them on ebay either.

Last year's W2018 seems to have been successful enough to get a successor, and so the flip phone refuses to fade away. The upcoming Samsung W2019 has just received its WiFi certification and is very likely to arrive in December. The rumors mention a Snapdragon 845 processor and a dual camera setup on the back.
