AMD verlötet auch die aktuelle Generation der Ryzen-Prozessoren. Dies erleichtert den Wärmedurchgang und damit auch die Kühlung massiv, verhindert aber das einfache Köpfen - welches allerdings nicht nötig ist, wie ein aktueller Test beweist.
