Somehow, it seems that you are using an old, no longer marketed version of the laptop. Currently, the ASUS site only offfers a generation-8 CPU (either a i7-8550U, or a i5-8250U). Check for yourselves: "asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-ZenBook-3-Deluxe-UX490UA/Tech-Specs/". Why are you testing products that are no longer commercialized?

ZenBook Crash Deluxe. Bad luck: Asus released its latest rather ambitious subnotebook, and the marketing campaign is in full swing.
