Correction: In AMD's official press material like the chart you are referencing above, Zen+ is synonymous with Zen 2. Many users online have been confused by the + in 14nm+, but this is a widespread error of misassociation. Now, there are some AMD fans online are well-aware of this difference, but colloquially or informally refer to the upcoming 14nm+ (now 12nm) refresh as Zen+ for ease of conversation. However, officially speaking, Zen+ and Zen 2 are one and the same.

"Zen 2 is the codename for AMD's eventual Zen successor (initially called Zen+)."

"The company has used both 'Zen+' and 'Zen 2' to refer to its next-generation die."

AMD motherboard partners have revealed that the planned launch for the new 12nm version of Ryzen is in February 2018, with 400-series motherboards to follow. AMD has seen large increases in revenue in 2017 and expects to account for 30 percent of the desktop CPU revenue in the first half of 2018.
