Thomas Ross und nicht Steve Jobs habe iPad, iPhone und iPod mit Touchdisplay bereits 1992 erfunden und will das mit technischen Zeichnungen vor Gericht beweisen, trotz der damals nicht ordnungsgemäß gezahlten Patentgebühren.
