Gionee investiert in Indien rund 50 Mio. Dollar für die Herstellung von Mobiltelefonen. Als Partner sind Foxconn und Dixon im Boot. Die Zusammenarbeit ist im Rahmen der Initiative "Make in India" zunächst für 3 Jahre geplant.
