If you look at it more carefully you'll see a 4G there as well. Just above HSPA+. It's also in the official manual, but it may be a typo/mistake on their part.

This phone, isn't LTE -- HSPA+ only. Still a good little device with snappy menus and awesome build quality, but the site you reference says HSPA+ right on the page.
