In Apples App Store gibt es aktuell eine Reihe von gewöhnlich kostenpflichtigen Apps gratis. Anlass ist der fünfjährige Geburtstag des App Stores. Zu den Geschenken an die Kunden gehören das grafisch aufwändige Spiel Infinity Blade II, aber auch Anwendungen wie der Barefoot Weltatlas. Die Aktion soll laut Barefoot-Entwickler Touch Press eine Woche dauern.
