Der Speicherhersteller Elpida hat die Auslieferung von ersten Samples auf Basis der LPDDR3- und Wide-IO-Technologie bekanntgegeben. Die neuen Chips sollen höhere Bandbreiten bei gleichzeitig abgesenkter Leistungsaufnahme bieten.
