I have had 3 Alienware laptops over the years and I have never had one single issue at all! I am a computer technician too, so IF something we're to ever go wrong; it would be an easy fix for me! I will admit, that they can be pricey at times but great computers all around!!! Buy them when they are on sale and save a little bit of money, as it is worth it for sure.
If you're buying a Dell product and not wiping the hard drive and clean installing windows and drivers immediately after confirming that it turns on, you're doing it wrong. And if you're paying for their ridiculous warranties, you're doing it extra wrong.
Just for the new shopper know that you're buying a computer that is bug year then I'll get out every time I log out and log back in or sign out or restart or shut down it resets my windows to be aware that Dell's customer service is horrible horrible Just wanted to let you know new customer I would definitely buy every premium warranty you can because you're gonna need it just to run the systems
