More multi-core performance for a lot less: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 shown to frag the Intel Core i7-9700K in leaked Cinebench scores

Leaked CPU-Z and Cinebench R15 scores indicate that AMD might have a winner with the Ryzen 5 3600. The Ryzen 5 3600 is shown to offer equivalent or even better multi-core performance than the Intel Core i7-9700K in Cinebench R15, and seems to offer better single-core performance than the Ryzen 7 2700X. Although they require further validation, the scores are indicative of the performance benefits in store with the 7nm Ryzen 3rd generation processors.

Rather than compare AMD vs Intel at the similar core counts, compare similar price point silicon.

Compare Intel $200 cpu to AMD $200 cpu, or an Intel $500 cpu to and AMD $500 cpu, etc.

What is the bang for your buck.
