I was duped into buying this phone by ads on Facebook calling it an XPhone as 10 times faster and 10 times cheaper than the competition and was charged over USD 215 in Brazil

The Oukitel WP13 is the worst phone I have ever owned and the follow up service by Banggood leads me to never buy from them again. The phone had atrocious connection to apps - particularly bluetooth. It would not connect to the car bluetooth. Other apps just did not work. Worst of all was the microphone. Recipients to my calls had to ask me to repeat what I said and that I sounded like I was at the bottom of a well.
When I went back to Banggood they asked for ridiculous proof eg video of how the microphone was not functioning correctly. In summary a trash phone and terrible customer service from Banggood.
