Custom Apple GPU in iPhone X could pave way for Imagination lawsuit

Apple's new iPhone X packs a lot of great new tech including the first custom-designed Apple GPU. The only problem is that Imagination Technologies doesn't think Apple can make its own GPU without violating its IP.

Apple for its part responded to Qualcomm's statement claiming that the mobile GPU maker's claims are misleading, factually incorrect, and also get the timeline of events wrong.
