A new Sony Xperia 1 VII leak reportedly from a reliable source with early early access to the phone has now surfaced in the wild. Supposedly, the Snapdragon 8 Elite phone will feature significant upgrades to its zoom and audio performance, with thorough launch info of the flagship also been outed.

Alrightio! Ill postphone my Xiaomi 15 Ultra purchase untill having a review of this phone, let's hope this time they fixed the telephoto blurriness. The main and ultrawide cameras were already excelent, it was just the telephoto that sucked. Increasing it twice the size by probably making it and uw cams use ExmoR T sensor is a huge deal.
I think 4k on a tiny screen is dumb, i would probably never going to use it, glad it still has a good dac for headphones too.
Let's go Sony give me a good reason this year to buy your flagship! Fix the zoom camera and if it can compete with Xiaomi 15 Ultra in uw, main cam and finally 3x and 5x zoom and also get a proper 10x picture quality, my money is yours!

4k was always a selling point for Xperia phones but fhd just puts it in the same boat as others. Nothing setting it apart. And for that price it's just a big no no I'm afraid.

I am reading here people complaining about it not having a 4k screen ?
In return the 1 since last year when they introduced the mark 6 with the fh+ screen it had class leading battery life and if this leak is true that got even better!

So i guess it depends on what you value more.
