We have managed to get our hands on the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition. While it initially seemed that Samsung had re-used all bar one camera inside the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, the ISOCELL HP2 from the Galaxy S24 Ultra is joined by two new selfie cameras, as well as an upgraded ultra-wide-angle experience.

Even as a guy that got a lot of resp3ct to their ultra line up of bar phones, their fold line is like a joke, most importantly zooming ability, then sensor sizes.
It just makes me wonder, are they really unable to bring camera centric design like guawei mate x or Mate x2, or is it intentional.
After all, if the cameras are a major hw for phones, what they do now is more like portable tablets than bigger phones.
May as well move to XR devices, since they got plenty of space for camera hw, plenty more than even bar phones, making over 1" sensors and 20x optical zooms possible.
