I was one of the affected people of this recall and Baseus completely forgot about making their recall website valid for users worldwide. It requests a US phone number and US real home address. I was able to process a refund through Amazon even though they tried to force me to send them the defective battery through post multiple times, something that's completely illegal in my country.
