One-Netbook is preparing to release its second gaming handheld of the month after the ONEXPLAYER X1 Ryzen Edition. This time, the company has turned its attention to ONEXPLAYER X1 Mini, a smaller version of the ONEXPLAYER X1 Ryzen Edition that packs the same AMD Ryzen 7 8840U APU and will start at $799 globally.

Wish handhelds where cheaper like the steam deck and rog ally now. Just got a laptop with a Ryzen 7840HS 4050 Rtx upgraded the ram to 32gb and 2tb SSD. Laptop cost me $650 open box on best buy. Runs games like a dream. Sold my Lenovo legion go for it.

*sigh*

The reality is that while the iGPU in the AMD APU's are almost %70-80 performance of a GTX1050, they are ONLY %70-80 of a GTX1050!!

A current generation laptop with a RTX4050 or even last generation RTX3050 (or even a RTX2050) will run CIRCLES around these devices for the same or LESS money, have more ports AND have more upgrade options.

(forgetting of course that NEW laptops with a GTX1650 or GTX1660 are still available and BOTH outperform the current crop of handheld devices)
