Those headphones are made by Sony, they will, most likely, have usual subpar hardware and try to fix it with software. Unless some miracle happened during development of these headphones, you pretty much know what to expect.

Probably will, sony is trash now when it comes to these kinds of headphones. Get a between pro 3 ANC, best bang for your buck in the true wireless headphone space for audiophiles.
