Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 to launch with new larger battery and tweaked design

The FCC has confirmed a few features of Mobvoi's next-generation TicWatch Pro smartwatch. Thought to be called the TicWatch Pro 5, the smartwatch will have a larger battery than any in the TicWatch Pro 3 series.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Mobvoi/TicWatch lies up their update promises.

I have 3 of their watches and the most recent is the TW Pro 3 Ultra GPS. Since it came out, it has only received 2, yes 2, system updates. In the short time that the Samsung Watch 5 has come out, I bet it has already surpassed 2 system updates.

Ive purchased the Pro3 Gps like 2+ years ago and still haven't received any updates besides the app updates.I was under the impression the pro3 was geting wear os3 at end of last year then postponed to beginnin of 23...What the heck, man? and cant find ANY Info or reference to any ifos about updating os and I totally Love this watch and was thinking of buying the Pro 5 but Im not too sure now...same reasons as Deezy stated theres no consistent updates at all..It's like as soon as a purchase is made, Mobvoi with two hands flips you the bird.It's BS, man..>> Project Blue Beam <<<<  look it up and watch the WF channel on YouTube

None of these were avail on the current/older versions.

Returned mine, seemed good on paper.  Piece of dog poo in real life.

A square is not as pleasing to the eye. Say it all you want, but a square watch is fugly. Go buy an apple watch. It immediately let's you judge others unfairly but isn't that what being an isnob is all about....I'm pretty sure Mobvoi has never made a square watch, but I was wrong once so it's possible I am here.

Samsung watch 4&5 Lte still overheats and can't last a day.  I sent mine back as they were not fit for purpose so I purchased the Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra lte and couldn't be more happier. Knocks the pants off Samsung, lasts over 2 days and never overheats when on calls without my phone nearby. If you want a square watch then go to Apple which is another load of rubbish.  I talk from experience of owning these watches.  My Ticwatch is big and beautiful especially with the Digital Setting Sun watch face.
