I really think Uber was dumb enough to leave the XSS Vulnerability that led to the execution of that PowerShell Script which Arion used either way, same goes for Rockstar Games. Arion was smart enough to take advantage of those vulnerabilities against them, either way, it just shows companies put the priority for Cyber-Security last instead of first immediately after implementing a system.

Especially, since Bug Bounties don't offer fixing such vulnerabilities like XSS, CSRF and similar, it's hard for Ethical Hackers to analyze the situation and implement a fix for such vulnerabilities in web application systems unless they visit the company themselves and show them this vulnerability in their system to implement the fix and pay the Ethical Hacker. Millions of websites (not only Uber) are vulnerable to such attacks.
