Microsoft acquires Activision Blizzard for US$68.7 billion

In the largest deal in gaming history, Microsoft acquired Activision Blizzard for a record US$68.7 billion. The purchase, which was made entirely with cash, will cement Microsoft as the third-largest gaming company in the world. The deal is targeting 2023 for a closing date.

Any one here or a Writer Staff present who has knowledge about such an an acquisition stuff, i wanted to know: Who has the final right to co-determination and decision-making after a company acquisition from MS to the projects, IP's, employees, etc..?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you're asking about who makes decisions concerning the purchased company. In that case, the buyer makes all decisions once the purchase is complete. Often, many decisions are baked into the contract as conditions for the purchase/sale.
