One of the co-creators of Dogecoin, Jackson Palmer, has been sharing some very strong opinions about the cryptocurrency industry and its involvement with "a network of shady business connections, bought influencers and pay-for-play media outlets". Dogecoin was launched as a joke in 2013 but now has a market cap of over US$21 billion.

LoL, price of anonymity is getting higher by day, same as payments get more easy, speedy and green. Thats crypto.
Instead of governments(in most cases) are crypto backed by companies, its like investing in them.
Anyway, investment is way better than letting your money lose value because more gets printed every day. Crypto which got some future is bound to increase in value overal, though more volatile than regular money(for non stable crypto).
