The reServer is a compact server powered by Intel Tiger Lake processors. The device is also compatible with Arduino and supports up to 64 GB of RAM, among other features.

For those who might ask, I ready inquired on the idea of AMD support, like a Ryzen 7-5700U (15W) 8C/16T and they said they couldn't get an adequate level of life cycle support from AMD. Said they tried but after frustration, finally went with Intel instead. So that is why you have $600 edge device with few cores and a powerful iGPU. I guess if you have an itch to game on your edge server, go for it. This is for you.

It doesn't seem like it would be a very good NAS with only 2 drive bays.

It looks about the same size as the HP microserver which has 4 3.5" bays.

It depends on what you want. MicroServer is a lot bigger. Almost four times as big (similar height but almost twice as wide and twice as deep). IIRC.

It is a bit deeper, but it doesn't look wider. Maybe you are thinking of the old model.

I am thinking of Gen10. It's practically a cube around 24 cm IIRC. This thing is roughly 12 x 13 x 23 cm. Yes, about one quarter of the volume. Perhaps you mean the Gen10 Plus which is half as tall (laying flat). Still, about twice the volume compared to this.
