when testing CPU heat dissipation with P95, please ensure the IA cores are taking almost all the cpu package power.
In your screenshots, they take 5xW out of the 65W.
That is because the GPU is running, even though it'd idle.
This might be caused by a known issue recently fixed in the latest Control Center release, or by the fact that the nVidia preferences are not set to prioritize the Intel card.
When the dGPU is on, about 10W of the CPU Package Power budget (for some reason) are not available to the IA cores anymore.
If you make sure the GPU is disabled, you will see IA cores reach 62-63W out of 65W and the temps will increase accordingly.
Please note, this is not only specific to the Fusion 15, it applies to all of your reviews.
Please make sure the dGPU is off when doing p95 tests, or the results might be skewed towards one laptop or another :)
